1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the SIIX Music platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Accounts and access
SIIX Music is invite-only for editors. Access is granted via email whitelist or admin approval, and may be revoked at any time. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
3. Use of the catalog
Sounds are provided for use in film trailers and related editorial work. You may stream, preview, and, once approved, download files for your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw sound files.
4. Downloads and licensing
Downloaded files are delivered through short-lived signed links tied to your account. Licensing terms for finished work are handled separately with the SIIX team; the platform is a discovery and delivery tool, not a marketplace.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to scrape the catalog, share your account, circumvent access controls, or use the platform in any way that disrupts the service for others.
6. Content and ownership
All sounds, metadata, and platform content remain the property of SIIX Music and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use them, not ownership.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll let you know about material changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
